Permission to Walk Home

If you want your child to walk home from school, we must have the Permission to Walk Home form signed and returned.

Your child will not be allowed to leave campus unaccompanied unless and until this form has been received by the school.
This form only applies to those students who will walk home.
You should already have on file with the school the person(s) designated to pick up your child (filled out at enrollment).
