STAMP (End of Year - Language Immersion Assessment)

The Avant STAMP™ (STAndards-based Measurement of Proficiency) language test was created at the University of Oregon. Its purpose is to improve language-learning outcomes, support excellence in language programs, and enable language-learner credentialing. Avant STAMP is a computer-adaptive test that adjusts to a test taker’s level. Four domains (listening, reading, speaking, and writing) are assessed. GVA Aurora uses the STAMP test to measure students’ language proficiency levels.
