GVA 2024 Assessment Opt-Out Form

Parents/Guardians:  As required by state law, we are informing you that you have two options in the Aurora Public School District to opt your children out of state testing if you wish to do so.  Here are those options, with corresponding deadlines:
  • IC Parent Portal Opt-Out Tool - This tool is now live in your Infinite Campus Parent Portal and instructions to access it are below. If you have trouble with the Parent Portal, please contact Angela Lovisolo at [email protected]
  • The deadline to use this tool is Sunday, March 31st, 2024.
  • Paper Opt-Out Form - The district Opt-Out form is at the bottom of this page.  Please complete this form and submit it to your school representative.  The deadline to use this paper Opt-out form is Friday, April 5th.
