Semester 1 (Fall) ENCORE Information

Important Dates
  • Classes begin August 18-December 18, 2025
  • The deadline to register and pay for Semester 1 Encore classes is August 15, 2025
Please Note
  • Classes are now offered in a 2-semester format instead of 4 quarters per school year.
  • Payments for classes are now monthly and must be made online.
  • ENCORE classes take place at the West campus for grades Kindergarten to 5th grade. Students will be escorted to the lunchroom to wait with a GVA staff member until their instructor collects them to begin class at 3:30pm.
  • If you register for a class and it is dropped you will be contacted by the ENCORE Manager, Angela Krauss to process your refund or choose another class.
  • Students are not considered registered and may not participate in class unless payment in full is received.
  • ENCORE classes do not take place on Early Release Days or any day when students do not have school.
Discounts (steps are per student)
  • 30% off tuition for students who qualify for Free and Reduced Lunch (with a completed waiver).
  • Step 1: Complete the Free and Reduced Lunch Waiver Complete this waiver if your student qualifies.
  • Step 2: Complete this Google Form to express interest in tuition reduced classes.
  • Step 3: If approved ENCORE Manager Angela Krauss will email you a registration and payment link for that class.
  • Class acceptance is based on availability.
