The month of May marks Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month, a time when GVA Aurora celebrates the contributions of our AAPI community.
As the school year ends and we look forward to the sunny days of summer, we want to extend our heartfelt gratitude and best wishes to our wonderful K-8 school community.
This year has been full of growth, learning, challenges, and achievements. Each of you has contributed to the vibrant and inspiring environment that makes our school special. Our students, teachers, and families have helped us through some tough times, and we appreciate the flexibility and grace you have extended to us.
As we transition into the summer months, I encourage everyone to take this time to relax, rejuvenate, and explore new adventures. Remember, summer is a wonderful opportunity to continue learning in fun and engaging ways. Stay curious and keep your love for learning alive.
We look forward to welcoming everyone back in August, refreshed and ready for another fantastic year.

El mes de mayo marca el Mes de la Herencia de Asiático-americanos e Isleños del Pacífico (AAPI), GVA Aurora quiere tomar un momento en el que celebramos las contribuciones de nuestra comunidad de AAPI.
El año escolar está por terminar y esperamos que lleguen las vacaciones, pero queremos extender nuestro más sincero agradecimiento y nuestros mejores deseos a nuestra maravillosa comunidad escolar.
Este año ha sido uno de crecimiento, aprendizaje, desafíos y logros. Cada uno de ustedes ha contribuido al ambiente vibrante e inspirador que forma nuestra escuela y que nos ayuda a crear una escuela especial. Nuestros estudiantes, maestros y familias nos han ayudado a superar momentos difíciles y apreciamos la flexibilidad y el ajustamiento a las expectativas que nos han brindado.
Queremos animar a todos a que se tomen este tiempo de vacaciones para relajarse y explorar nuevas aventuras. Recuerde, que este tiempo es una oportunidad maravillosa para continuar aprendiendo de maneras divertidas, nuevas, mantener nuestra curiosidad y el amor por aprender.
Nos da gusto poder darles la bienvenida a todos en agosto, renovados y listos para otro año fantástico.
