Dear GVA Community,
Over the last several days, we have focused on adapting the West Campus for our Kinder-3rd graders.
We anticipate that these students will need to stay at the West Campus for the next 60 to 90 days.
We are committed to ensuring that all repairs at the East Campus are done thoroughly and to the highest standard before moving students and staff back.
To help you prepare for tomorrow, we have provided some information below that should address most of your questions.
Arrival and Finding Classrooms
- Drop-off begins at 7:35 AM.
- Staff will be guiding students to their classrooms.
- If K-3 parents want to walk their students in, they must park and walk to the West Campus (Wednesday and Thursday only).
- PARENTS MUST BRING AN ID to enter the building.
What the Day Will Look Like for K-8th Grade
- All students will have their regular schedule and the same teachers.
- The health aide and all other East staff will be at the West Campus.
- Reach out directly to Innovation Learning to have any questions answered.
Separation of K-3 Grade and 4-8th Grades
- Each grade level has a specified hallway with a specified bathroom. The halls will have extra supervision.
K-8 Lunch Schedules & Recess
- All school meals will be provided with no anticipated changes. However, there will be no microwaves available.
- They will be served in the classroom.
- Normal recess will take place in separate areas.

- There is very limited parking at West
- Parking is available at the East Campus.
