- NJHS works to recognize students who demonstrate and are committed to the values of scholarship, service, leadership, character, and citizenship in school settings.
Our Chapter will consist of the Principal, Chapter Advisors, Faculty Council, and of course the student members.
- Students do not apply for membership in the NJHS.
- Instead, they await an invitation to provide information to be used by the faculty council to support their candidacy for membership.
- Membership is granted only to students selected by the Faculty Council on the conditions of having met the standards for selection established by our Chapter.
Next week, students that have been invited to apply for membership in NJHS will be contacted by letter and email. If you have any questions please contact Mrs. Brewer.

¡Nos complace anunciar que GVA-Aurora ahora tiene su propio capítulo de la National Junior Honor Society!
- NJHS trabaja para reconocer a los estudiantes que demuestran y están comprometidos con los valores de erudición, servicio, liderazgo, carácter y ciudadanía en entornos escolares.
Nuestro Capítulo estará compuesto por el Director, los Asesores del Capítulo, el Consejo de Facultad y, por supuesto, los miembros estudiantes.
- Los estudiantes no solicitan membresía en el NJHS.
- En su lugar, esperan una invitación para proporcionar información que el consejo de profesores utilizará para respaldar su candidatura a la membresía.
- La membresía se otorga solo a los estudiantes seleccionados por el Consejo de Facultad en las condiciones de haber cumplido con los estándares de selección establecidos por nuestro Capítulo.
La próxima semana, los estudiantes que han sido invitados a solicitar la membresía en NJHS serán contactados por carta y correo electrónico. Si tiene alguna pregunta, comuníquese con la Sra. Brewer.
