About Idris Keith

Mr. Idris Keith is a Los Angeles native and an attorney licensed in Colorado and the District of Columbia. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and the United States Court of Federal Claims. His legal experience includes federal, state, and local government contract work, small business consulting, civil litigation, and workers’ compensation.

Idris has served on the Aurora Citizens Advisory Budget Committee, the Arapahoe County Cultural Council, and as Chairman of the Legal Redress and Labor Committee for the Aurora Branch of the NAACP. He is also a dedicated member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc.

A graduate of Morehouse College and the University of the District of Columbia David A. Clarke School of Law, Idris lives in Aurora with his wife and children. He believes the strong work at GVA shows a true commitment to excellence and that every student deserves Board leadership that supports the foundation of their future.
